Are you open during the COVID-19 pandemic?

We are offering an Outdoor Wine Experience, by reservation only.  Please click here to schedule a reservations.  Our indoor Tasting Room is closed, however, we are offering curbside pickup, free home delivery, and shipping of wine. Be sure to check our home page for the most current information on our status during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Pre- COVID

Opens Daily at 11:00 AM

Closes at 5:00 PM October 1st through May 31st.

Closes at 6:00 PM on Fridays – Saturdays – Sundays June 1st through September 30th

The Tasting Room is closed major Holidays including: New Years Day, Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

How do I get there?

Guglielmo Winery is located at 1480 East Main Avenue, Morgan Hill, CA. The winery is only 20 minutes south of San Jose, 1.5 hours south of San Francisco and 45 minutes north of Monterey.

Do you have a tasting fee?

We are currently offing an outdoor wine experience, by reservation.  Click here for details. Our indoor Tasting Room is currently closed, but normally our tasting fee is $10 and includes a flight of five or more wines. We have a new tasting flight each month. $5 of the tasting fee is refunded on wine purchases of $20 or more.

Do you have a restaurant?

No, but for your wine experience you may bring your own snacks and we ask that you please remove all your items when you are finished with your reservation.

Do you have a picnic area?

Currently, our picnic area is by reservation only for our wine experience.  Please click here for more details.

Do you have adequate parking?

Yes! We have plenty of parking!

What other attractions do you have?

During COVID only our Outdoor Wine Experience is open.  Our Gift Shop, which is part of the Tasting Room, offers an expansive variety of food and gifts from around the world. Our Gift Shop is open the same hours as the Tasting Room but is currently closed.

We are also very close to downtown Morgan Hill where you will find many fine eating establishments.

Are reservations required?
What is your policy regarding tour buses?

We require tour buses to contact us a minimum of one week in advance in order to properly staff for the visit.

What varietals do you make?

Many! We make Red, White and Rosé varietals, plus several Champagnes and Ports. We produce over 15 varietals that represent all the major regions of France and Northern Italy from Merlot to Charbono and Chardonnay to Pinot Grigio.

How many cases does the winery produce every year?

We produce over 40,000 cases per year.

Where does the fruit come from?

We grow much of the fruit we use in production on the estate surrounding the winery. In addition, we purchase fruit from other Santa Clara County vineyards as well as Monterey County and the Central Coast, California.

Does the winery offer a Military or Armed Forces discount?

Yes, Guglielmo Winery does extend a 10% discount on all wine purchases made at the winery for Military personnel, active or retired. One’s Military ID card will need to be presented in order to process the discount and we thank you for your service.

Does the winery donate to non-profit organizations?

Yes, Guglielmo Winery does donate to non-profit organizations.  If you are a local non-profit interested in a donation from Guglielmo Winery, please fill out the
