Role Overview
Events & Hospitality Manager Responsibilities
As the Events & Hospitality Manager, you will be at the forefront of planning and executing a diverse array of events, from weddings and corporate gatherings to concerts and private celebrations. Your role will include managing client relationships, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring every event runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.
Key responsibilities include overseeing event logistics, supervising staff, handling administrative tasks, and supporting marketing initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in delivering memorable experiences that reflect the elegance and tradition of Guglielmo Winery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client inquiries and bookings with precision
Serve as the main point of contact for all event hosts
Guide clients through detailed planning processes
Develop comprehensive event timelines and floorplans
Coordinate with vendors and partners for seamless events
Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown efficiently
Supervise event staff to ensure high-quality service
Resolve any issues with professionalism and poise
Maintain accurate records of all event-related activities
Track event budgets and ensure financial efficiency
Support marketing initiatives and venue showcases
Collect content for promotional purposes
Manage Villa Emile reservations and guest logistics
Ensure property readiness for all events
Collaborate with the team for continuous improvement
Foster long-term relationships with clients
Deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
Contribute to the winery's reputation for excellence
